    Free UK shipping on orders over £80. Once your order ships, delivery takes 5-7 working days in the UK and 10-14 for EU and international orders.

  • Returns

    14 days to return unworn items with tags. Email sales@primeapparellondon.com to start a return.

What size should I order?

Our hoodies have a unisex cut. Between sizes? Size up for a roomier fit or down for a closer one.

How long does delivery take?

Each piece is made to order, so production comes before shipping. Once your order ships, delivery takes 5-7 working days in the UK and 10-14 working days for EU and international orders.

Will I pay import duties?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your returns policy?
